Delete your account & data
Request deletion of your Apprechaun account (the Apprechaun app by Digital Platforms Ltd) and the data associated with it. Submit the form using the email address linked to your account.
What happens when you request deletion
- Deleted: your account, profile, posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, follows, subscriptions and channels you own.
- Timeline: your account is deactivated on receipt and data is permanently deleted within 30 days; residual copies leave backups within 90 days.
- Retained where required: records we must keep by law (e.g. purchase/transaction records, safety and abuse-prevention logs) are kept only as long as legally necessary.
- Verification: we may email you to confirm the request came from the account owner before deleting.
